Very disappointing stay at Ramee Tarang Hotel, Indore. The reception staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. We were offered a discount during booking, but at the time of check-in, they flatly denied it and refused to honor the agreed rate. No explanation, no apology — just arrogant behavior. When we tried to clarify, the staff got defensive and spoke disrespectfully. The entire check-in experience was frustrating and left a bad impression. If this is how they treat guests at the front desk, I can’t imagine the rest of the service. Would not recommend staying here — absolutely not worth the money or the stress Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 1
