Nice hotel Good location Just that it's name is little difficult to see from far away Service is okay okay .I had to call thrice for just dairy sachets We booked it mainly for swimming pool but it has a limited time access because it's in coordination with the restaurant as the time limit is till 6.30 pm so we couldn't go there and there was no privacy in pool so we didn't go.. We really wanted to enjoy pool time evening..this couldn't happen Valet parking is good.. Beautiful paintings in room.. Nice big washroom They upgraded us to executive room Thankyou for that.. 1 Star – Terrible Experience, Not a 4-Star Hotel This place is a complete joke. Jardin Hotel in Indore is nowhere near a 4-star property. The room was tiny, filthy, and had a bad odor. The bathroom had old, rusted fittings and looked like it hadn't been maintained in years. Constant noise made it impossible to get any rest. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like they couldn't care less about guest complaints. And the breakfast? Absolutely the worst – cold, tasteless, and clearly made with zero effort. Not even basic hygiene seemed to be a priority. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Total waste of money. Avoid this place at all costs – you’ll definitely regret staying here. The property is at very good location as we stayed for 4 days from 23rd March 25 with composite Breakfast and Dinner package. They have all the basic facilities. Check in & check out was seamless. The staff is professional & well behaved. The swimming pool is small & besides the restuarant but clean and good.Food buffet was very good......Dinner was exceptional.....Staffs are very cordial and humble.
