The hotel staff opened our room in our absence along with the Event team without our permission. They entered the room to keep some gift inside the room. How could the hotel allow opening of our room in our absence and obviously without our permission?? This is a sure case of negligency of duty and is a sure shot violation of our privacy. Valuables were left behind in the room when we left for the function and I am astounded to see someone entering our room. THIS IS JUST NOT DONE. I have been there for buffet lunch for many times. The Epicenter. Overall food, service is good and satisfactory. Parking is no issue either. Nice ambience. Food spread is good enough. Neither less not more as per 5 star hotel. More would have been better. Taste wise it's decent. Again could have been better. Nothing to complain as well. Went for a dinner with guests in epicenter. Buffer spread was very less. Music from other clubs a so loud you can't talk. Service was slow. ot acceptable from a reputed brand like Park. Not recommended. Trip type Business Travel group Friends
