They opened my room in my absence along with the event team without our permission. Extremely unprofessional. Complained at hotel but they had the guts to even acknowledge their mistake. This hotel is awesome! Super good value. The rooms are small but really nice and well-furnished. The bathrooms were clean, and the toiletries were good quality. We only ate breakfast there, but the spread was amazing, and everything tasted great. The staff is so polite and helpful. Overall, a really great stay, I'd totally come back here. We had an amazing stay and experience at the hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. The food and the breakfast spread was not only large and varied but was very healthy and appetising. The location is very good as it is near to airport and the malls are opposite to the hotel. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who is visiting Indore Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
