I'm not really one to write reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay at the park with my parents last week. We were travelling to Ujjain from Mumbai for Darshan and on the way back to Mumbai we decided to stop at The Park for one night for my mom's birthday! I had requested them to put some balloons and a little decoration in the room in advance since it was her 65th birthday! Since they gave us one hour early check-in, they hadn't managed to do the decor but but when I contacted them from my room and told the reception, I'll be out in the evening for a while and if they could do it then…they went that extra mile and really did up the room very well, genuinely impressed with the effort because last time I stayed at Radisson in Alibag they actually argued with me about putting more than 4-6 balloons in the room and told me something like this will not come complimentary even when we paid a lot more for our stay there, than we did at the Park. Also weirdly, I fell sick on this trip caught a bad stomach infection and I had some special cooking requests for which the staff was always ready to help me with solutions as to what they could provide and make happen instead of outright denying requests. I think overall the staff is really well trained, well, spoken, warm, pleasing, just how hospitality industry staff is supposed to be. I'm gonna be honest though about the location…. It is a little further from the main city points like Sarafa and Chappan or even Saket but since there is Ola and Uber, I don't think anyone needs to stress about the distance, unless you have to be in the city or the other side of Indore very often or all the time or want to do too many to and fro trips! The luxury pool side rooms we booked were decently spacious for two people , cleanliness, service all very well taken care of! Rest I’ll definitely come back for pool side drinks which we missed this time cause of my health! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
