Rooms are good and the location is nice. However, I suggest not booking this hotel through OYO. I booked the hotel via OYO and paid an advance amount, but at the time of check-in the reception staff did not accept the advance booking and asked me to pay the full amount again. After calling OYO, they informed me that the advance amount would not be refunded. This was a very disappointing experience. Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Location: 3

We visited this hotel tomorrow for the first time and found worst experience. Hotel ambiance is good but staff service is worst. They do not provided basic essential like ( no handwash, shower gel/soap, shampoo). TV is provided in the room but no recharge for dish TV, you can have only access to YouTube. They provided tea cattle but broken status. Towel not clean. Over all it worst experience after paying 1500 for a night. It's prices are lower at online platforms but they refused to check in if you booked from their. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
