The place is good, although I went solo but it is best for couples. The room was clean, with some basic amenities like a soap, shampoo, towel, TV. Also I would like to point out that the TV wasn't working, but was okay for me. Trip type Vacation Travel group Solo Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Romantic

It was a wonderful stay! The staff was very helpful. The room were neat as it is a new property, they provided us the best and quick service. We loved white sauce paste and cheese chutney sandwich from their in house kitchen, I’ll surely recommend this property ! And we’ll visit again here soon!✨ Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Luxury, Kid-friendly, Great value

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel O Sacred Tree. The service is terrible, and the receptionist’s behavior is shockingly rude. Despite booking and paying through the app, they refused to give me a room until I called customer care. Both times I visited, they wasted over an hour of my time during check-in. The staff demanded an extra ₹300 from OYO before allowing me to check in, which feels like a scam. If you don’t call customer care, they try to push you to another property (Abri Krishna), which is highly unprofessional. This hotel is a complete waste of time and energy. If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid Hotel O Sacred Tree at all costs. Don't give your mobile while checking they will post a 5* feedback from your phone immediately while checkin and mark you as checked out.
