Worst from fab. No service. All room floor was covered by insects. Too much mosquitoes. Cleanliness not at all. Hygen is negative not suitable for family. Taking unnecessary extra charges. Rooms were so bad that need to change to one family room with my parents. Bed was making sound. No one should go. This is worst experience from fab hotel. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4 Rooms Not good rooms. No lift. All room floor was with insects. Safety Not at all. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially women. Mr. Lokesh Singh Rajput the hotel manager, was extremely disrespectful, shouting at me and even saying he could "do anything here." The room was a mess—no toiletries, no cleaning, and the AC didn’t work properly, making it unbearably hot. To make matters worse, there was no parking available, and he asked us to park our car on the footpath. We checked in at 9 PM, and our room wasn’t even ready. The whole experience was horrible and I felt unsafe. The room was dirty, carpet had a lot of burn stains and the furniture (wooden cupboard) was broken. Avoid this hotel at all costs—terrible service, terrible management, and no regard for guest comfort. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
