Terrible hotel experience. The rooms were extremely small, there was no hot water, and the bed had a protruding nail and pillow are torned and not clean. Even after reporting these issues, they refused to provide a new room. When we requested dinner, a staff member rudely said ‘kaha phas gya,’ and the food arrived after 1 hour. Completely unprofessional service. There was also leaking in roof when we went to breakfast ,The only positive was the polite morning staff, who themselves acknowledged that the behaviour of the other staff was inappropriate.” Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 1

We, family of four, stayed at Aceotel Flamingo Inn on 30th December night, occupying 2 delux room and paying around 1500 per room per night. We stayed in room 104 and 105 The rooms were not at all up to the mark as it lacked basic amenities like glasses, tea preparation kit, dental kit, shaving kit, etc. Rooms were extremely small and not at all as per expectation. The service was also horrible as we had to request multiple times for getting simple things done. Additionally, not sure if this was happening only for us, but we were not able to connect to the WiFi as well. Lastly, there is no pantry/kitchen/restaurant facilities available and we had to venture outside at night for getting our dinner. I shall NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone wanting a pleasant stay. Better you can go for some other better property of the same hotel chain (Aceotel - they have 10+ properties in Indore itself it seems) Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
