Hotel Review: Aceotel Inn Flamingo, Indore We stayed at Aceotel Inn Flamingo, Indore, expecting a clean and comfortable experience based on online ratings and pictures. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing on several counts. While the location and staff behavior were reasonable, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort left a lot to be desired. 🛏️ Room Quality & Maintenance The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely, especially for a couple or family. Worse, the bedsheets were stained, and overall room hygiene was not up to mark. The most concerning issue was that water kept leaking from the AC, causing the floor near the bed to become wet and slippery. This made the room not just uncomfortable but unsafe. Despite informing the staff, the issue wasn’t properly resolved during our stay. 🍽️ Breakfast Experience The room rate included complimentary breakfast, but it was very basic and not satisfying. The quality was poor, the food lacked freshness, and the options were very limited. If you value a decent breakfast to start your day, this offering will likely disappoint you. 📶 Wi-Fi & Connectivity Though the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, the speed was extremely slow and unreliable. Even simple tasks like checking emails or using Google Maps became frustrating. For business travelers or those relying on connectivity, this is a significant drawback. 👨‍💼 Staff Behavior On the plus side, the staff was polite and well-behaved. They tried their best to assist with small requests like water refills and guidance, but the housekeeping and technical maintenance team lacked responsiveness. For example, the AC issue should have been resolved immediately, but it remained a problem throughout our stay. 🗺️ Location The hotel’s location is one of its only strong points. It is centrally located and easy to find, with nearby access to cafes and other essentials. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort were missing. The leaking AC and wet floor alone made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This property may work for very short, emergency stays if no other options are available, but it’s not recommended for families, longer visits, or travelers looking for a peaceful, well-maintained hotel. The experience is worst. No warm water for bathing, no clean bedsheets & taps are broken. Still don't understand how is this rated at 3star hotel ? They charged us 1.7k per night and the only good thing was 100/- Rs worth breakfast. We got this as a package from TravelEstate tours. Pls dnt book this hotel. Disaster !

It’s a decent place. Very much Basic amenities are given. Staff is decent. They talk well, no foul language. Good for quick check-in and checkouts. AC and hot water was available. Rooms are neat and if any changes needed staff can get it done. I stayed for a night and was fine with it. Kindly don’t compare with big hotels. This is more like society guest house setup.
