I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The management is extremely careless and is playing with the health of their customers. There is a complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness. The pantry and food serving area is incredibly dirty, covered in filth, fungus, and flies—which gets even worse during the rainy season. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
