Sab Shi Tha Bus is a small class, the behavior of Sab Shi Tha staff was very good. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very disappointing experience. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people, but after reaching the property, the staff insisted that we pay an additional ₹600 for an extra mattress. We were willing to pay the extra charge, but our point was that the booking was already made for 5 people, so proper arrangements should have been communicated and managed in advance. Since we had a time constraint around 12:30 PM, we finally paid the ₹600 just to avoid further arguments. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The bedsheets and blankets were in a very unhygienic condition, with visible stains and multiple hairs. They did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned. The washroom was also poorly maintained, and the commode seat was broken and unsafe. The worst part was the staff behaviour. Instead of listening to our concerns and trying to resolve them, the staff were argumentative and completely uncooperative. Charging extra is understandable if clearly communicated, but customers should at least receive clean bedding, properly maintained facilities, and basic respectful service. Overall, very poor experience in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their housekeeping and staff behaviour.
