I am not satisfied with you , because in I have already clear you that i will reach hotel early morning 6.30 to 7.0 there will be no extra charges , then hotel manager have extra charge for early check in . Always clear talk with customer, don't do business of you want cheat customer

Pathetic pathetic and pathetic. If you're ever planning to visit this property, the worst decision you're going to make. They turn off their AC's without consent, no room service and cleaning was done in our two days stay. Mineral water is nothing more than a tap water filled in a crushed bottle that too provided only once. No inverter support and our one night was without power. Staff, management and ground staff was unprofessional and mocking the visitors in group. Very uncomfortable and depressing stay. Won't recommend to anyone. Most dirty & unhygienic room including everything in the room and toilet/bathroom. Most irresponsible, careless and insensitive staff. We were lucky to escape an accident due to bursting of geasure hot water pipe. When complained, it appeared as very small and regular matter to the manager and staff. I am really surprised how & why FabHotels entered into agreement with them. It was worst experience and one should never visit this hotel at any cost . Close to train station. Clean room, good blankets, Airconditioner,fan. Very sad - you don't get hot water. A small geyser and it's switch is at reception. You have to go and ask to switch on. And in 10 minutes you get one mug of lukewarm water. Then gone. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

They are cheaters ,I booked fab hotel santoor , there they asked for marriage certificate despite being married since we didn't carry the certificate they denied entry....worst part was they sent us to some shady and downgraded place where tarrif was much lower still they charged the booking amount . The place was so bad that we had to check out ...immediately to a diffrent property . Walkable from Station, its very convenient. Has all the options for food nearby. Rooms are much better compared to other pathetic hotels in that area. I'm sorry to say but I have a negative experience at Fab Hotel Imperial Regency. It's important for hotels to provide excellent service to their guests, and it feels like this particular hotel fell short in many areas. It's concerning that there was a dispute between the hotel and Fab Hotel company, and that it affected my check-in process. This should not have been an issue for guests and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. Additionally, it's very disappointing that several essential amenities in my room were not functioning properly. It's unacceptable for the AC and geyser to be not working, especially during a stay in a hot or cold season. The lack of soap and toiletries is also a basic issue that should have been addressed before arrival. It's concerning that multiple issues were found in the room, including a broken fan regulator and a leaking wash basin tap. These issues have caused discomfort and inconvenience during stay. It's unfortunate that my experience was not positive, and I would not recommend this hotel. Guests deserve to feel comfortable and have access to functioning amenities when staying at a hotel. Hopefully, the hotel management will take the necessary steps to address these issues and ensure that future guests have a better experience. In conclusion, I do not recommend Fab Hotel Imperial Regency. With multiple issues present during my stay, it's clear that the hotel needs to improve its service and amenities to provide a better experience for its guests. So worst sevice they provide high worst service at high price 😂, bad service for example - 1) There is no mug and bucket in washroom. 2) Geyser is not working. 3) Mostly they provide dirty towels, bedsheet & blanket. 4) So dirty smell are coming from bathroom. 5) There is no extra lock system inner side in the room.
