Fabhotel are cheating with people. Once you pay through online payments they provide such a worst rooms though you booked good hotels.They says are you willing to shift there otherwise we will not refund payments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Stayed at the so-called Deluxe Room from January 13-15, 2023, after paying Rs 2000 per night and the room condition was so horrible that I'd request you to rather spend the night on the road than pay them your hard-earned money. The walls are crumbled. They do not provide any toiletries - no soap, no shampoo, no cream, no brush, nothing. On complaining, they gave us a hand wash to use as a soap! The towel provided was dirty, stinky and as were the bedsheets and the pillows. Thankfully, was carrying my own towel and sheets to cover up. The bathroom is shabby. Showers don't work. No hot water comes through the normal tap. Had to ask them for a bucket of hot water to bathe. Had to change the room twice and still the conditions were the same across both rooms. The only positive - Close to the Indore Railway Station. Summary - NEVER CHECK IN TO THIS HOTEL, EVER!

Avoid at all cost. 1. Bad Wifi. Will not work in your room. This hotel takes too much money and can't even provide you basic wifi. 2. No tea or snacks when you order. They will keep delaying eventually even tea is not available there on time. 3. Bad bad staff behaviour. In Indore, this is worst hotel. The hotel room is good and clean but we were compelled to eat in the room itself, for what reason, I am not aware. There are photos of a dining area and a terrace on the website but we were not asked to go there to eat. Even when I asked about it, they said you can eat in your room. A clear message that we were not allowed in the dining area. They brought the tea along with the breakfast in cups and not in a flask. By the time we ate our breakfast the tea was just water at room temperature. They don't even bother to invest in small thermos flasks to serve tea. Their bed tea is served after eight am. There is no branding of FabHotels in the hotel , the staff was rude and hurtful. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms have no privacy , loud noises from the loby hit the room. The matress was bad, sheets were dirty even after asking them to clean it. The sheets were so so bad , there was hair all over sheets and blanket. Since we were a couple in a friend's group they gave us a room very very near to the reception and the staff was creepy and made my SO feel uncomfortable, the walls have 'seelan' and the overall stay was just bad!
