The speciality is the rooftop restaurant for this hotel. Owner is very humble & friendly. They gift you a plant when you leave the hotel, that's a good gesture & memento for the moments you spent there. Also the owner is very interested in gardening & grafting, and have unique plants in possession. Overall it was a worth it experience. 🙃

The room allotted on the first date was very bad.. It was full of mosquitoes and bathroom condition was very bad.. We complained about the room.. Room was fine but the service was not good, you have to ask for a single thing for 3-4 times. We told the hotel staff to setup the TV because it was not working but didn't get any response even after 2-3 calls. Every time you come back to your room you have to first ask them to switch on the AC's main switch because when ever you go out anywhere they switch off the AC's main switch. We did it for 3-4 times.

They mention it's in the market they forget to mention " Mechanic market or 2wheeler repairing market. " I was given a room near to the reception which was just next to lift. When I asked for the change of room, the host straight away denied saying he doesn't has any room left. Later when I called Fab hotels help desk they spoke to the host then he gave us another room which was not at all worth the money I paid for the stay. Over all I had a displeasing stay. Not a good place to stay. Rooms had cockroaches and bedbugs. Restaurant wasn’t operational and we had booked room including breakfast but they don’t serve breakfast before 9am. Not a nice experience Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 2

If you are going for an experience, this property and location will disappoint you, but if you are looking for a okayish place to sleep and enjoy the city of indore, this hotel is in proximity to everything good about Indore😎. Went to Indore for a business trip in last week of Feb 2023. As most better hotels were fully booked, chose this one as its location on map appeared close to Madhumilan Chowk. Regretted the decision immensely. The hotel rooms are on third floor of a downmarket commercial building. The bed quality was poor. The rooms smelt a lot. Bathrooms smelt worse. There were a few cockroaches roaming the floor so I didnot dare to unpack. Hotel does not have any restaurant. They offer room service (i.e. they go outside and bring food from somewhere, god knows from where). The area around the hotel is full of automobile repair shops and is as clean as you can imagine with these shops all around. Most of the time reception desk was unstaffed. The receptionist / manager was sitting inside some room and would show up once in a while to check if anyone was waiting at the desk. As it was late when I reached, and had already paid a partial advance, I spent one night in the place and moved out the very next morning. Trip type Business Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 1
