How they got 3 star rating.. miracle. No ventilation in bathroom.. mosquitos in room...no chairs for citing in the room.no lightlamp in the room.. They have no proper kitchen facilities and they are offering breakfast...and charge for that is 250/-..very bad experience with breakfast. And more on this ..they are cheaters..they can do anything to the guests .. Never to stay with this hotel..

I think most of the reviews are paid.This hotel and it's manager doesn't even deserve 1 star.Hotel is actually charging you a premium for worst quality rooms with no ventilation and a micro ceiling fan and top of it the property manager "RAJNEESH GUPTA" he doesn't have any sense to work in hospitality industry he is rude and highly unprofessional..for the same room we booked through OTA he was not ready to accept our booking citing price is too low even though we had a booking confirmation and confirmed with the same guy on call before arrival. once we get the issue resolved by fab hotels customer service after a long argument and an hour long wait (we were tired of all day drive already) the room we get was the worst one can ever get and after we complaint about it he was willing to refund the extra amount he was arguing for in the beginning which was paid by fab hotels on our behalf... I hope this review will help you guys to skip this hotel whenever you are planning to stay in Indore . A suggestion for fab hotels such people with unprofessional behaviour and such properties will only ruin your name and should be infact blocked to run hotel business. I have stayed FabHotel Imperiel, Indore on 29 July 2022. I was expecting much descent hospitality. It was a great disappointment. The moment of check-in till check-out I was facing different hurdles. First of all front desk staff refused to accept credit card, either Visa or Master Cards. Only cash payment or online transfer. Seems their "swapping machine not working". Very clever excuse. Wet bathroom towel is provided. Since I have booked through Fab Hotel website, front desk staff refused to give receipt for the payment online made at front desk of the hotel. They said while check-out I will receive tax bill online from Fab Hotel without wasting any time. Today is 01 August 2022 and I had checked out from the hotel on 29 July 2022 evening at 7 p.m. Till this time I did not receive the tax bill. Mr. Ankit Malviya, Operations Manager of Fab Hotels assured me through WhatsApp message support during my stay, whom I have requested on 30 July 2022 to provide me a tax invoice for my stay. Till this time I did not receive any communication.

Worst experience and pathetic hospitality you can get after having a confirmed booking and calling them up 1hr before reaching. After a long day of drive we reached close to midnight, however we've called up the hotel to keep our things ready. On arrival the "Property Manager" Mr. Rajneesh Gupta who was dressed in a shabby way, rather than welcoming us denied the booking right on our face because of an OTA rate. He was not ready to accept the prepaid voucher we had, If he had such issues he should've contacted us earlier or taken up with his partners rather than troubling the guest in the middle of night. On top of it the room didn't had an AC and we were told to adjust with a small namesake fan which wasn't sufficient for that warm room. The funny thing is a guy on call told he'll send an AC, so he expects us to wait untill they fix it in the room, wow. Finally after an hours dispute, in the middle of the night we've to drive another 20mins to a different location of fabhotels to spend the night. It's pretty disappointing to see such pathetic hospitality and customer service being offered, I strongly believe this is a disgrace in fabhotels hospitality by keeping such names under the brand portfolio. Pathetic location, untidy rooms, bad service , unprofessional staff. The place was so shady they didn’t even refund our money , we had to checkout early because of untidy place and location . Even the staff is not at all considerate after multiple complaints. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The Hotel is too concern about cost. They centrally control ac n geyser. Every time one has to call for using these. Limited kitchen time. Don't change towel, bedsheets in 3 nights even after request. Hotel is good, provided that they should improve their drainage system because of which, bad smell was in toilets. Infrastructurely they should improve upon ventilation issues.
