Unhappy with your centralised reservation teams responses to query. I was asking some specific questions related to Indore but the response was like you do the booking first and then i can answer. I asked for specific hotel number to connect that was also denied. Please check customer care service and be little humble in listening the question and answer them accordingly.

The hotel is just too God. Their receptionist talks firmly. Rooms are awesome, washroom is well build , and make us feel to stay there for lifetime. Food was amazing too 😋😋

Not even worth one star. Cancelled booking done through make my trip with payment done and we were left stranded at 11 pm in night. Most misbehaved and mismanaged place..felt most unsafe especially for family and with ladies.hotel is on third floor in deserted office complex with only one rickety lift for access. Booked a room for 2 people, turns out couple hundred cockroaches were already living there. Your knee touches the wall when you sit at comode seat. No vent in bathroom, you have to open the door for ventilation and thus the room becomes smelly🤮 Only plus point is the price so only get a room here if you are very desperate.

UNSATISFIED I booked it for my parents.They experience the worst circumstances. ISSUES-Torn/cut linens Bad service(only one attendent) Dampening smell in rooms Small Bathrooms(small water heater too) Booked it keeping in mind that it was under fab hotels but now never gonna trust it Go on search for hotel on the spot,there is a greater chance that u might find a good one
