Stayed at Hotel Shree Ram Palace, Indore with a friend and had a really nice experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was super kind and attentive — always ready to help with a smile. The overall vibe of the place is peaceful and family-friendly. Totally worth it for anyone visiting Indore — comfortable stay and good service all around. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We recently had booked 3 rooms at the hotel for a night's stay. Our check in process went smoothly without any concerns. The front desk executives were co-operative and polite. They answered all our queries with patience. First, we were allotted 3 rooms on the first floor, but one of the room's bathroom was not functional properly so they were trying to repair it. Minutes later, he allotted us an upgraded room which was bigger in size but had many problems. 1. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there was a stringent smell. It needed deep cleaning as there were paan stains all over. 2. Room also did not smell fresh. 3. There were bed bugs on the bed which caused no sleep as they bit us the whole night. 4. There was an inventory room just besides the upgraded room where the staff was continuously talking past 11pm which disturbed our sleep. When we called the reception, then the talking reduced. Also, us being women travelers, it felt a little unsafe as the partition was of wood and was not proper as a little light came in from the other side. In the other rooms, the flush problem was present too. We also found cockroaches at night on the bed which disturbed the sleep as they were crawling all over. The staff being helpful and quick at service, the management seriously needs to take a look at the cleanliness and pest control as this downgrades the hotels name.
