The room service staff is excellent, and the receptionist—especially Karuna ma’am—is very helpful. I had a small incident where I accidentally left my shirt in the room, and I realized it only after reaching home. I called the hotel and asked them to check, and they found the shirt there. I requested them to courier it to me, and they sent it immediately. The staff is truly amazing! Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value

Good place to stay. Any place is rated by the ambience and people working there. Had a v good experience with the staff. Best was the indori pohe and aloo paratha served in breakfast. Tip to the owner: don't let ur cook leave. For a single woman staying out of home, it is a good and safe place Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked Deluxe 3-Bed Room No. 104 on 7th May (Thursday), and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The AC remote was not working properly, and even after complaining at the reception, the staff member casually said, “Sir kal sahi kara dunga.” Seriously? Guests are supposed to suffer the whole night without proper AC and wait till the next day? This shows how careless and unprofessional the service is. The TV quality was also extremely poor, and overall room maintenance was below standard. When someone pays for a deluxe room, at least basic facilities should work properly. Very bad management, poor maintenance, and disappointing customer service. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
