I m giving 4 only for the receptionist Tejal..she was super sweet and was ready to accommodate my late check out..and also helped me in getting my pendrive which had my important data Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

Firstly it was a decent stay . But at the time of checkout receptionists ask for balance payment of water bottle which is mostly complementary everywhere. Then she asked to make a review and she will make bottles complementary, when she saw my review which was decent but she was like sir give 5 star or I cant give you bottles for complementary. After listening this I paid for bottle and leave, it was fair until she asked for review but what should be in a review was my part, and most importantly were this bottles price of a paid review ?. So don't blindly believe on reviews. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Excellent Service & Hospitality Hotel Shree Ram Palace exceeded my expectations. Manager Mr. Dev provided extremely good service with great hospitality. He personally took care of every small issue and ensured our stay was comfortable. Late at night, when we urgently needed a car for travel, Mr. Dev arranged it immediately without any hesitation. Such dedication and customer-focused service are rare. Highly recommended hotel, especially because of the outstanding service by Mr. Dev. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
