I got an opportunity to visit indore and stayed at hotel, I found that their entire staff is excellent including front office staff in providing various services to guests. During my stay I took breakfast in hotel and noticed that their dinning hall Urmin is well manged by Mr Sushant and their staff, I noticed that Mr Ashoke Kumar is rendering excellent service by helping guests in Urmin resutrant.The chef is also very Good and providing delicious dishes. Sanjay chouhan from housekeeping team took very good care and kept my room spotless.|He changed the towels everyday and kept extra tea and coffee satches, without me asking.|He was polite and attentive and kept the room fresh and tidy.|I would like to recommend him as a very supportive housekeeping staff member.

Very disappointing stay at Ginger Indore - press complex. The entire hotel feels cramped and congested, and the room was extremely small—it honestly felt like being inside a box. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. The partition looked like it was made of styrofoam and was visibly dirty, which made the whole experience feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. For the price, this hotel is simply not worth it. There are much better options in Indore at lower prices. I would not recommend booking Ginger Indore. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 3
