Ginger Indore

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is central. The rooms are uncomfortably small. The bathrooms are good, adequate for a leisurely bath. The restaurant is very basic with a decor which is more functional. The service by staff was good. Particularly Mr.Ashok Kumar who used to wait upon guests does an excellent job. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. Govind from the Front Office team was very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. 5/5 Stars – Perfect Stay & Amazing Food! We stayed here from March 29th to 31st, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was incredibly fast and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The rooms are very reasonably priced, but the real highlight was the food. The breakfast is definitely worth waking up for! They serve a great variety, including some delicious special dishes that you don't usually find at hotel buffets. The location is also a major plus—it’s centrally located and very close to popular spots like Chappan Bazar, making it easy to explore the local food scene. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! I had a disappointing experience at Ginger Hotel Indore. The service was not up to the expected standard. The staff response was slow, and basic services were not provided properly despite requesting them. The overall service quality needs significant improvement. For a hotel of this brand, I expected much better hospitality, cleanliness, responsiveness, and guest support. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service so that future guests have a better experience... very bed experience.. I stayed for a period of 5 nights, and here's my review for queen room - 1. Room - They are moderate size. A simple setup. Hence rated 4 star. What could be improved was inclusion of Hair dryer and a small study table. 2. Service - Hoisekeeping service was spotless thanks to Dharmendra. No complaints on that front. 3. Food - The breakfast buffet is HUGE! From Idli- Dosa to Puri Bhaji and everything in between. There are ample options for fruits, juices and even dessert options. All very fresh and amazing taste. 10 stars for breakfast! À la carte - the options are limited but for a good reason. Better to go to lively streets in Indore for dinner pangs!
