Don't go by the name Ginger and the lower price combination, it's a pathetic hotel with cheap quality rooms and a disappointing breakfast options. Staff is ready to politely ensure that your stay gets ruined. Not recommended for any occasion at all. Stay Away! Room was good and service was excellent. Food was top-notch. Even though it was cited that amneties like dental kit, iron box, slippers etc were available, the pamphlet available at room mentioned that those are chargeable. Upon contacting the reception it was informed that it will be provided upon request and are free. We requested for iron box, which has broken cord and after sometime it was taken away for some other customer. Could be more customer friendly if they could provide what they offer without such requests. Doesn't feel good to contact reception for each and everything mentioned in amneties when booking the room. The pillows of our room was also in bad shape with lumps formed. Refurbished rebadged property. Lodging is average. Rooms are dimly lit. No bedside light or switchboard. Ambience, food and location are good. Room freshener smells weird. Wifi buffers. Gym is small and claustrophobic. Makeshift dumbbell rack. Ungentified crowd with kids running across the corridor. Short-staffed. Undeserving of Taj brand. My stay at Ginger Hotel Indore was highly unsatisfactory. The rooms are extremely cramped and do not provide basic amenities such as a dental kit, hair kit, or bathroom floor mat. Furthermore, the service is exceptionally poor. Even after making multiple calls, the staff takes an unreasonable amount of time to provide basic necessities like drinking water. The overall hospitality and guest service standards are far below expectations.

My overall family stay was excellent in this property..Prachi patidar mam was very helpful for smooth check out. I would love to visit again.

Room size very small for couple stay. Bathroom is very small. After bathing water is not draining. Anybody can slip in bathroom. They have provided us two single bed instead of double bed. Service is very bad. For any requirement you have to call reception many times. Food is very costly. Location of Hotel is on the Highway. Nearby no shops or farmacy is available.
