We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the good service.From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making us feel truly valued as a guest. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Everything was well-prepared and special thanks to Mr Ashok ji who served with a smile on his face. We would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. Pathetic customer service from Ginger Hotel Staff Indore, Just asked for invoice correction for business booking that too it was their fault. on calling them for corrction in invoice they asking for emailing separately. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4

Very poor service, booked through MMT but in reception they are saying room not availble. Asking to book from their own platform. Same time in reception other people also complaining about other guest behaviours in night time. Worst one. The food and service was very nice the staff is very helpful breakfast and lunch is very good I'll recommend must try mushroom chilly it's very tasty and Mr Ashok kumar served us very warmly..

Our experience was not very pleasant. The receptionist, Sakshi, was not friendly or welcoming and came across as quite rude during our interaction. Additionally, the rooms were very small and did not meet our expectations. The breakfast was average and could certainly be improved. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Ramchandra Chawla and Mr Arvind......These maintenance staff at Ginger Hotel is extremely helpful, courteous, and quick to assist. Their excellent service made my stay more comfortable.

Room size was very small relative to the price they charged. The rooms felt highly congested and claustrophobic. There is a lot of excess area outside the room for hallway which they should extend for rooms. The reception people seemed like they didn’t even care when guests inquired to them. A very basic no frills hotel, more like a youth hostel actually. Clean but small rooms with good view of the city. The hotel and the reception itself starts from 5th floor. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are nearly soundproof to outside traffic. Bathrooms are small but clean. Room service food was very good and reasonably priced. We did not opt for breakfast.
