Ginger Indore

I planned a trip to Indore and, being a Tata employee, I decided to book at Ginger Indore due to the discounts they offer to Tata employees. I reserved two superior rooms, one under my name and one under my husband's. Upon checking in with my family, we discovered that we were given one standard room and one superior room without prior notification of the insufficient availability of superior rooms. It seems they may have assumed that since the bookings were under different names, they could substitute a standard room (cheaper than superior rooms) without informing us. Feeling cheated, I addressed the issue with the manager, Mr. Ram Mohan, and the night and day shift staff, but received no satisfactory response. I requested an apology letter acknowledging that I had booked superior rooms and was provided with one standard room without prior notice, potentially for their monetary gain. I cannot recommend this property and advise others to inspect both standard and superior rooms before check-in to ensure they receive what they've paid for. Otherwise, they may never realize if they've been deceived. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

Rooms are small but goo enough, and food is very delicious taste, Polite staff , Housekeeping services and overall good, Dharmendra, Sanjay, helps to take care everything. That's good for managment.. good stay and healthy stay. In future definitely I will stay here and suggest. "This was my first stay at a TATA Ginger hotel and I was happy. Their moto is to ensure you are happy and they try their best to achieve that. The Hotel is fairly well managed with a prime location and a great shopping center attached to it. The staff is very nice and helpful with good grasp of when to hold back on their eagerness to help and also to not expect tips at every turn of the elevator. The rooms are comfortable with not much in the way of a scenery and the conferences hall are not too big but enough for presentations and such.

Thank you very much ginger for the wonderful hospitality throughout the period. People were very kind and cooperative. They really do take care of their guest. Especially Vinay Singh (who looks after the restaurant services), he was very caring and professional. Rooms are good, clean , bed was good, washroom was clean and well maintained, staffs are very good , want to personally thank staff Mr. Ajay Bidwal (attached his photo) for making our stay most comfortable, front desk staffs were very helpful. We reached post midnight and made a delayed check in, since the kitchen was closed by then, had made an early request to keep our dinner ready, when we reached, all things were in place, they also helped us to great level as we had senior citizens traving with us. The best part was the breakfast. Amazing food , thanks to chef and his team for putting their best efforts give a awesome Kickstart to our day. Few days back i had a stay in ginger hotel. The services, people who were providing the services were really humble even the guards down there were really helpful and kind. Honestly i loved and staying in thie hotel. Especially Mr. Amit one of the best service providers in this hotel. He always made sure that his guests are not disappointed..
