Ginger Indore

Rooms are not so big, but it's very nice if you take single bed rooms, excellent maintenance and cleanliness. Overall very good and food is really awesome , nice taste and restaurant people's are so kind especially Mr.Ashok. Usually it'll take quite long time after ordering the food, but you'll like the quality. Trip type Business Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

The rooms were small, there were no doorbells in any of the room. AC was not working properly, even in the corridor there were no proper ventilation neither any cooling system. The keycards were not working, it had stopped working multiple times before the designated check out time. Won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Located in the main place... Service is fantastic... Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Hotel highlights Great value

Food, staff and ambience was extremely good. We were offered beverages as I was not feeling well and hospitality was at par. Room services were also neat. Special shout out to Ishu, Pravat, Vikas, Sangeeta, Shubham (the staff at Ginger, AB Road, Indore, MP). Would recommend for future stays. The hotel starts from the 5th floor but is serviced only by one or two lifts and other lifts would generally be out of service. Rooms are too small for a family. The free promised WiFi is never there and they keep promising you that they will escalate to their IT Team for resolution and didn’t get resolved even after 4 days. It’s better to avoid this hotel Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Quiet

This is overall okay kind hotel. Services are very slow and few expectable facilities are not available here. For dental kit, bedroom slippers they are charging additional amount. Lift is not functioning properly and very slow. The rooms are very small. Room service, reception staffs are very lazy in terms of responses and extend require supports till escalations/complaints reach upto their higher management. However food is okay and rooms are neat.

Small budget hotel, a very regular Ginger hotel. The staff is good, the food is nice and the hotel rooms are in general clean. The rooms are a bit smaller in size though. Location is on the backside of the Shopper Stop complex from 5th to 7th floor. The reception is on the 5th floor. Good short budget stay but if you feel uncomfortable in compact rooms, this place may not be for you.

Very courteous staff, Special thanks to General Manager Shri Ram Choudhary. Also to mention staff, Muskaan and Ritika at Desk, Sanjay Chouhan at housekeeping. Restaurant staff was also great and our brand policy of specially abled staff for room serving was a moment of pride, special mention to him as well couldn’t ask his name but he deserves a special mention Hospitality was great and better then other ginger chains across neighbouring states, prompt response and specially well developed with recreational activities after renovation. Also forwarded the review to IHCL and detailed review will be soon published in Ginger journal.
