This is my second time in Marriotts Indore. It’s been wonderful staying both times. Best hotel in Indore. Very Safe. Very warm very friendly. I was travelling alone. Breakfast buffet is amazing…Chef specially Anil Singh and Hemant are superb. The serving staff is amazing at the buffet. I would love to stay again.

My stay at Marriott Indore was nothing short of exceptional and one that I will cherish for a long time. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort from the moment you step into its grand and welcoming lobby. The food served here is absolutely excellent — every meal was a delightful experience with outstanding quality and presentation. The variety on the menu caters to every taste and the culinary team clearly takes great pride in what they serve. What truly set this stay apart was the extraordinary level of service extended by the entire staff. I happened to fall unwell during my stay and the care and concern shown by the team was genuinely touching and beyond expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, checking in regularly and making sure I had everything I needed to feel better. Their warmth, empathy, and attentiveness made me feel less like a guest and more like a cherished family member. Every single team member, from housekeeping to the front desk, carried a loving and caring attitude that is rare to find. Marriott Indore is not just a hotel — it is an experience of true hospitality, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Indore. Stayed at Indore Marriott Hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is beautiful with a premium feel — especially the lobby, seating areas, and cafe space, which are thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. We had booked 2 rooms to celebrate my parent’s anniversary and had informed the hotel in advance during booking. However, there was no setup which was disappointing considering the occasion. Rooms were decent and clean. Amenities and overall upkeep were good. Service was satisfactory, though at times the staff felt less proactive and not as warm or welcoming as expected from a Marriott property. That said, Duty Manager Sudhanshu Srivastava stood out and was helpful. Overall, a good stay — but with better attention to guest occasions and more attentive hospitality, the experience could be much better. Stayed at Indore Marriott Hotel with family and it was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had. Absolutely loved their welcome gesture and the way the staff went above and beyond for us. They accepted our early check-in request — and not just by an hour or two, but almost 5 hours early! On top of that, they upgraded our room, added complimentary breakfast, and even gave us full-day lounge access. This is hospitality on a completely different level. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the Mysore Masala Dosa and Poha — both were outstanding. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked well maintained, was of a good size, and even had a separate kids’ area which is great for families. The hotel location is another big advantage, as it’s close to all the main areas of Indore. Would honestly never recommend any other hotel in Indore after this experience, and I definitely won’t skip this property whenever I visit Indore again. Currently staying at JW Marriott Hotel Indore for 3 days and had a very disappointing experience at Indore Kitchen with a staff member named Muskan. I entered the restaurant around 3:35 PM while the buffet closing time was 3:30 PM. I politely requested if I could still join the buffet since it was only a few minutes late, but she completely denied the request and said only à la carte was available. What disappointed me more was the way the situation was handled. As a guest staying at the hotel for multiple days, I expected a more courteous and accommodating approach. I have stayed at nearly every Marriott property, but this kind of bad experience is a first for me. Hospitality is not only about rules, but also about how guests are treated. I had a wonderful stay at the Indore Marriott Hotel. The room was excellent, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and Ankit was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The dinner and breakfast buffets offered a great variety of delicious food, and the service throughout was outstanding. I visited Marriott's indore kitchen restaurant sometime ago with family, where the Sous Chef Mr. Atiq Ahmed greeted us, shared the knowledge of his culinary experience and treated us with his speciality Nalli Nihari, which was absolutely delicious. Even more interesting was the history of Lucknowi cuisine & this particular dish, that he shared with us which made our experience wholesome. His vast experience shines through in every exceptional dish. We appreciate your efforts to elevate our dining experience with exquisite flavors.
