My stay at Indore Marriott Hotel was truly wonderful. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. The staff were attentive, proactive, and always ready to assist — ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed, the dining options impressive, and the overall ambience radiated warmth and sophistication. What stood out most was the team’s consistent effort to go beyond expectations, making me feel valued as a guest. Indore Marriott beautifully captures the essence of the Marriott brand — offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Amazing property in Indore. It’s our second time. Really impressed with young staff with their service attitude and warmth. Big shoutout to Mr Shekhar who served us during dinner. And Ranak in Coffee shop is another level energy. Loved his knowledge, shared quite a few thoughts on Coffee beans and all. Very clean and super friendly staff from reception to catering and cleaning.||Cleaning staff Davendra did an excellent job cleaning the room and also presented the room which made us welcome to the hotel. See attached picture.
Rooms had broken stuff and it shows off the oldness of the hotel. Pool was not clearly maintained but swimmable. Service is not quick. They took 1+ hour to deliver food that too after multiple calls. But overall the experience is not that bad. Can be second or third option. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Great value
