After 22 hrs of my journey from US, the receptionist lady tells me they wont be able to give me a King bed I booked and will give me Twin bed. She said it like its my life’s phophecy she helped fulfill. Been a Bonvoy member for over 10 yrs now and this is just too sad. That was ok. But Wen I asked why could she not get me a King bed room I booked, her response was just 5 stars! People havent checked out. After seeing me speechless, male staff apologized and offered me Tea or Coffee. I left the lobby with that trace of my belief in Marriott for 10 yrs. But then its not over. I walk into the room only to notice refridgerator doesnt work. They gave me two remotes, a cheat sheet & a book with channel list all of which needed three people from guest services to turn it ON. On the positives, standard security while entering Hotel, neat and nice smelling rooms, quality room service & concierge. From the staff, to the room, the breakfast, the restaurant, the ambient, everything perfect! One of the best Hotels I have een so far. the only thing is the pool area is not very nice Magic Bike expectations you have in a top Hotel Trip type Business Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Do not know what are brunch timings? They have named their lunch buffet as brunch buffet. Also, staff is unaware about what is brunch. Service: 1

Don't know who approved this Property as a 5 Star Hotel. All the applianceas are outdated and the furtunire remind you that you are staying in 90's. Unique thing if Two person is staying in room and 1 has to access Gym than he has to Bring Room card. And Another person who is staying in room has to stay in Dark. Dine In area is congusted. होटल बहुत अच्छा है लेकिन यहां के मैनेजर का व्यवहार बिल्कुल सही नहीं है, अगर कोई गेस्ट मिलने आते है तो इनके यहां लॉबी में गेस्ट को बैठने नहीं देते , इनके पास लॉबी में जगह नही होती। मैनेजर का बात करने का सलीका बिल्कुल अच्छा नहीं होता।। Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5
