I have visited this place a couple of times, and I always find the hotel comfortable and luxurious. I really love their amenities, and the best part is that it’s conveniently close to the city. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay! ✨🏨 However, I feel there is scope to improve the dinner options, as most of the dishes were quite tasteless. With a little attention to the food quality, this place can be an excellent choice for stays and family get-togethers. I came on a Business trip a day before and I must say am extremely happy with the services by the whole staff. The whole team at Marriott made sure I had a very comfortable stay. Ankit helped me a lot in capturing an important video for me, it was a very big help as he is so willing to help. And Anshul made sure i had a very comfortable stay and he’s also very hard working. Shubham the intern is also lovely and very pleasant to talk to. I want to ensure they get this feedback which will help them to work harder and inspire and motivate them in their career. Hotel Marriott is a personal favorite in Indore. The staff is very warm, accommodating and courteous. Local Poha, Jalebis and Adrak chai were the highlight of the vast and varied breakfast. I would like to thank the personalized customer service by Chef Ajay Biswal. Devendra in the housekeeping department took great care. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A very customer friendly premium hotel in Indore. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The service quality is of high standards with very polite staff. The restaurant on the ground floor has a good spread of multi cuisine offerings and the chefs and stewards go out of their way to get you what you want. There is a separate open air restaurant and the garden ambience is very nice. Possibly, the best hotel to stay in Indore! 1. Hotel, Room, food r amazing. We had to move room as Bathroom door was broken. We forgot to check the Fridge in a hurry to change room, we were tired due to long intl flight, Ujjain trip. While checking out we asked for my Insulin(4 months of supply) which I kept in the fridge. Three men were reluctant to help us, perhaps their duty was ending soon or they didnt realize i was not bluffing, sometimes “Customers can be right!!! They treated as if we were asking for free Dinner. One of them asked us to check our bags again. We went back to the reception, where a Girl, Deepali got our life saving Insulin through housekeeping! Keep it up! Hope Marriott hires more such girls. One day we couldnt sleep as some were doing whole nite party! I guess we dont count us customers! All we get sorry! What about our sleep after jetlag! I feel hotels should put such events on their website so that customers can anticipate noise, dance, whistle, etc!!! Those who need sleep can book other Hotels.
