Our room was the worst. We got the corner room where glass window was covered completely and so we couldn't look outside. It gave a gloomy feeling to the room. Claustrophobic environment. Later in the morning, the gate of our bathroom got choked. We requested for another room to take bath & toilet which was surprisingly refused at first but later was given when they couldn't repair it. Marriotts are always wonderful but Marriott in India are just at a different level specially with the food options. They have the breakfast buffet the dinner buffet. Everything is great. The staff was great awesome every single thing that we asked for we need they took care of it right away. we had questions about town they answered it perfect and suggested some good places around town too. My stay at Indore Marriott Hotel was a delightful mix of comfort and class. The staff were warm and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, modern, and cozy, offering a truly relaxing space after a long day. The location in Vijay Nagar is convenient, close to cafes and shopping areas. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of dishes, though a few items could’ve been fresher. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality—every staff member was attentive and polite. It's a good place to be. The beauty within a luxury hotel isn't new but what matters the most is the behaviour of the staff towards you and how easily you get your work done. I found the behaviour and ambience to be good. I was here for a day long event & enjoyed my time. The food was surely good. The only thing that needs improvement is the catering part. Throughout the haldi event, some items were not refilled in proper time leaving guests waiting, had to call staff at some or the other food stall constantly, therefore taking away one star from the review There's always room for improvement.
