Indore Marriott Hotel

The staff are very kind but lack training except for a few. The corridors were dirty due to wedding party stay. Floors would be cleaned only in the noons. Since they don't segregate guests from wedding party rooms it gets noisy. I ordered chilli mushroom and chilli chicken 🍄🍗 The chilli mushroom was really tasty 😋 But the chilli chicken was too spicy 🥵🔥 And on top of that, there were mosquitoes biting and even a mouse roaming around in the restaurant 😭🐭🦟 Visited Marriott Hotel for a seminar. The food was good, especially the chili mushroom, but there were too many mosquitoes around the area, which made the experience uncomfortable 🦟. Hygiene and pest control should be improved. Perfect location within few kms of major attractions in the city. Spacious rooms, extremely comfortable with all necessary amenities. Staff is prompt, well behaved with great service attitude. We visit here mostly for One Asia. It is a good place to eat. Great quality food and service. No loud music, great drinks. Perfect service & hospitality, great property, delicious breakfast just one suggestion, there's no privacy in washroom as there's no lock which must be there. Whenever we visit Indore, we stay at Indore Marriot hotel. They have one of the best breakfast buffets in the world. Trust me, we have stayed in various Marriots such as Dubai, Washington DC, Vancouver, Los Angeles, etc but Indore Marriot food stands out. The staff at front desk, the doorman, the housekeeping staff, room service all were wonderful, helpful and down-to-earth people. When we came to Indore in the 1990s, the property was Noorjahan Hotel. Since then many ownership have changed hands. The city also has changed a lot. Marriot so far has been the owner for quite some time, and every year they have improved with regards to rooms, and other aspects of the property. Hope Marriot continues to rock Indore!
