Well first of all to start with, a warm welcome from the staff at the front desk. Harshal Ghodwal who had been the best company and a friendly loyalty associate. She was guiding us prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, it was a divine trip but we also celebrated our marriage anniversary at the hotel. Harshal, Riya, pratiksha made sure we felt special and relaxed on our anniversary, they had arranged a beautiful decor in our room along with a romantic setup at the restaurant called ONE ASIA, over there Jyoti and narendra kept us company throughout our dinner, also arranged live music with some romantic tracks. Over all the stay was really good, the rooms are clean and very much standardised, only draw back was the tv in the room, it wasn’t a smart tv so watching any apps was not possible. The food at the Indore kitchen was also good, the arrangements and staff were great. The staff Anirban, Abhijit,Nishtha were really helping and friendly in nature. Besides of being a busy hotel the staff along with the managers were on their toes helping the guests. I would suggest if you all are looking for a stay in Indore then no doubt, please opt for Marriott, it’s situated just 20-25mins from airport and local Markets. Satisfactory Food and Service Experience at Hotel Marriott Indore Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Marriott Indore and wanted to share my thoughts on the food and service provided during my stay. While the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. Let's start with the food. The taste of the dishes served at the hotel was decent. The chefs did a commendable job in preparing a variety of dishes that catered to different palates. The flavors were generally enjoyable, and there were options available for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. However, I must admit that the taste did not stand out as exceptional. It lacked that extra something to truly make it memorable. Nevertheless, the food was of good quality, and the presentation was visually appealing. Moving on to the service, the staff at Hotel Marriott Indore was friendly and accommodating. They were prompt in attending to guests' needs and were always ready to assist. The service was generally efficient, and the staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and provided recommendations when requested. However, there were instances where the service could have been more attentive. On a couple of occasions, it took longer than expected for orders to be taken, and there were a few minor hiccups with incorrect orders or delayed service. Nonetheless, the staff maintained a professional demeanor and rectified the issues promptly upon being notified. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant at Hotel Marriott Indore offered a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The seating arrangements were spacious and well-maintained, creating an inviting environment for dining. The decor was tasteful and contributed to an overall enjoyable dining experience. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout the dining area. The staff followed all necessary protocols and ensured a clean and sanitized environment for guests. Overall, my experience with the food and service at Hotel Marriott Indore was satisfactory. Good place with a nice location. The dining area is well managed by staff. Stupendous varieties in breakfast and that also delicious.. Rooms have a thin partition so constant disturbance of the door is getting closed or open of other nearby rooms. Room walls need attention. I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Indore Marriott Hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in a great spot, it's easy to get to the main attractions and shopping centers. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are well-appointed, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel amenities were great, the swimming pool and fitness center were well-maintained and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indore. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to staying here again in the future. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Our experience was excellent right from lobby to check-in to room. The best part was that wash room was so neat and clean that one feels like staying in that for longer time (???). The dining area and Bar were outstanding with variety of short and regular eats. The breakfast was very good spread, with care taken to put few Indore special dishes. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with all the standard features. 100% neat and clean and very good service. The breakfast spread is exceptionally good. They have a wide variety especially for vegetarians. This is a standard 5-star hotel and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good experience in the budget of around ₹7k. The stay was great. Starting from the airport pickup till my drop back at the airport was an amazing experience. Absolutely from starting till end i felt the warmness in people. I couldn't order from in room dining and had a just a one night stay. So directly had my breakfast where each and everything was prepared to its perfection. Food is one of the factor which makes your stay more comfortable if you get it the way it suppose to be. The smile on the faces of their staff and sincere concern they show related to your stay , makes you at ease.

This place was my best stay in Indore. Cleanliness and staff behaviour is very appreciable. The dinner at 54 Praangan was very delicious, which was embraced by a beautiful live music performance. And since I’m a very food loving person the morning 7 course meal buffet breakfast was the best part of the stay. A very good place with equally ravishing ambience. Great Experience!!
