We stayed there for 3 nights and had an exceptionally good experience! All the COVID protocols were followed and cleanliness was maintained! The breakfast and dinner buffet was super yummy! My daughter specially enjoyed the pancakes. The swimming pool on the top floor is a must visit as its clean and well maintained. The view from pool was good too.

TL; DR: I would not organize a large event at this venue if given a chance! I’m participating in a large conference at this venue in collaboration with IIT Indore. We’ve experienced basically unhealthy conditions to work at the conference venue. The amount of smoke in the grand ballroom is dangerous. And shockingly, it’s coming from the ventilation system. I’ve talked to the front desk twice on two days but the issue keeps recurring and then persisting for hours. People inside the ballroom are coughing, wearing masks, foreign visitors have scratchy throats. Is this the Marriott standard now? They’ve also been contracted for breakfast, lunch, and tea for participants. Repeatedly, the service was late, although I must acknowledge that the food has been really good. Overall, I would not stay at this venue or organize a conference here. I might come in for lunch or dinner with friends but that’s a big maybe. Don’t waste your money! We thought the hotel service would be the best in Indore and our guests will be pleased with the ambience and staff behaviour. Talking about our experience which we had yesterday was completely opposite. After the ceremony when it was time for the bill payment the sales team increased the amount irrationally. They gave us many false commitments at the time of booking the venue. The services were not at all proper in fact the waiters were drunk and misbehaving. And our liquor was also stolen. It was 2 AM, We were tired and sales team made us stay there for an hour, as they were defending their false commitments. Service: 1

Very bad experience. For them foreigners are a first priority. Indians aren't. This is the only hotel in India i have ever faced this issue. The worst service i have ever faced in an Indian Hotel. Considering foreigners are priority. Best part after complaining about it. I wasnt even serviced a bottle of water in my room. Pathetic. Worst ever. One of the Best properties in Indore…!! I stay there last week for a conference....Undoubtedly one of the best that Indore has to offer. Hotel whisked us to the lap of luxury. Stay at the hotel was really comfortable and relaxing. Staff is very courteous, very well trained and responsive and made sure we were having a good time. Lovely stay and all worth it!! Food was great and excellent service too. We will definitely visit again! Kudos!!
