Indore Marriott Hotel

A fine hotel for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms, well maintained. Ambience is well designed. This hotel has ample parking space. Gym is good. If you need spa therapy, then you are at right place. Pool is bit small but ok for relaxing. Cafeteria Indore Kitchen is a great place to savor your favorite dishes. Staff is very friendly. I am enjoying my long stay here. Rooms looks bit old and needs refurbishment. Overall a 4 star for Marriott Indore. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov 22 for a business trip. Had a wonderful stay here. a plush hotel with great front desk and f&b team. The staff were welcoming and cheerful. Room was clean and comfortable however the window was blocked therefore felt a bit disappointed. Also wish they change the Mural design on the wall which looks lacklusture, The buffet spread was quite good and delicious. Overall a great stay. We stayed 3 nights at the Marriott Indore. Excellent service, but the Spa experience was very disappointing! I was 5 mins early, but was not attended to until 45 mins later , ( as the client before me turned up late!) I opted for the massage with Steam. After the massage, I was given a robe & had to walk across the reception to the steam room on the other side of the spa ! After the steam I was made to walk across the reception again, clad with a robe, which is very disturbing for any lady! This had to be addressed, as it’s totally unacceptable! The experience started several days before I checked in with the gracious team emailing me to make sure I’m ready for my stay and if there is anything that they could do to help.
