Indore Marriott Hotel

If you don’t mind an unhygienic hotel room- then this hotel is for you! I stayed for 3 nights. Hotel lobby looks nice, staff is friendly. For the rooms I would give 0 stars. At first sight the rooms look nice. After a few second you realize how dirty everything is. The bathroom was the worst- see photos attached. The shower was really disgusting, no one cleaned the shower within the past months properly. The make up mirror was broken out of the wall and the blow dryer was not working. Towels hat many stains on. Rest of the room is okay but not 100% clean. But my bedsheets were not fresh. I found multiple hair and stains on it. So I got it changed immediately. The door lock was also broken out of the wall and was not replaced. You hear the bar/ night club very loud. We went to the Spa and paid for a foot massage 2500 IRS- too expensive for the quality of treatment. The shuttle bus is in a poor condition and smelled especially in the morning very badly. This is NOT a 5 star hotel! My colleague and I we stayed in two separate rooms and we both had the identical issues. She even had problems with opening her door so they (hotel staff) just kicked against the door. The only thing that was really good is the buffet restaurant we had there dinner and breakfast and it was very tasty! Nice veg options. If you don’t like Indian food you’ll be having a hard time to find something to eat. But it was too cold! Staff wasn’t interested our taking us seriously when asking to adapt the ac to an appropriate temperature. The restaurant “One Asia” was also great, good quality food! But that’s one of the only things I liked about our stay. Too many complaints. And if it’s becoming that unhygienic I’M OUT! Especially during pandemic times not funny. This is not acceptable!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Indore. Comfortable, well appointed rooms and good food..||What set it apart though was the only excellent service. The GM, Mr. Rishi Kumar is clearly doing something exceptional here

No one picks up the call on the front office. Been trying since 2 days. Even the GM doesnt respond on his mobile or whatsapp. Tried routing via the restaurant too. They said someone from front office shall call, but no one did. Wonder how they will serve customers if this is the state prior to booking. AVOID at all cost!!

Most suitable option for me in Indore. I have stayed here myriad times and never got a disappointment in the service. Gentlemen Gopal, he personally gets engaged and ensures the guests get the best of their service. Front desk, cafeteria team all demonstrate the very professional and polite gesture. Ambiance and food is excellent. A very clean and modern Marriott property in Indore. The rooms are well-appointed, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel's amenities, like the delicious breakfast spread, added the perfect touch to a perfect stay. The manager met with us during check-in and the staff was attentive to all the needs. Went to Have Dinner Buffet ! Spread for vegetarian menu was very very limited . Taste was unexpectedly just average, just like any other three-four star Hotel/ cafe / restaurants/ bakeries ! Nothing on the spread was extraordinarily tasty ! Pans had heavy covers and plates were kept on a lower platform, such that every-time you needed a plate u have to bend , saw many aged guests having a little discomfort doing this . In mocktail , it had just one single option of green cooler , though you can order bunch of alcoholic beverages from the bar . To sum up , food tasted below average, spread for vegetarian menu was limited. Service was extremely slow , we had to ask for Table napkins , and our water bottle was kept empty for almost 20 minutes before we had to ask once again!! I think if you have half of your guests who prefer vegetarian food , visit the Sheraton instead! They are almost same price . And way too better experience !! Are we going to recommend this place to you for vegetarian dinner buffet with family ? No. The only thing that was good is the ambiance of the place ! You might get pretty cool pictures in and around hotel lobby .

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Indore Marriott Hotel with 11 senior citizens members and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in a great spot, it's easy to get to the main attractions and shopping centers. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming specially Nikki and Purnima. they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are well-appointed, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel amenities were great, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indore. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
