Staff is friendly. Rooms need to be cleaned more as bathroom shower was really disgusting. Also door lock is broken. Although bar/night club is there. Rest rooms are quite good. Breakfast is good. I hope to improve the property. 👍 Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

The hotel is really so good. The swimming pool was so refreshing and even the spa. The rooms were cozy ,small but comfortable. The housekeeping staff was prompt and need a around of an applause for their service. I had an exceptional lunch at Indore Marriott, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff making us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. A special shoutout to Chef Bijay and Chef Alok, who crafted a meal that was both delicious and beautifully presented. Indore Kitchen by Indore Marriott Hotel is among the ultra plush & ultra chic yet so sophisticated restaurants. It has got a very attractive & fashionable decor. The staff is very courteous & friendly, they'll take care of everything you want & need yet you'll not be disturbed by them & you can spend your "Me Time" without any distraction. The buffet here is really worth trying & value for money you pay. The preparations are lip smacking and satiating, you get everything you could ask for in the buffet. This place is worth the experience do visit here & try their buffet for sure. P.s. Don't visit this place if you're too late in the night because the buffet is served only till 11 p.m., So be there empty stomach 😁😉😋

Review of Indore Marriott Hotel I had high expectations from the Indore Marriott given its reputation as a premium brand, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I faced during my stay on 26th Jan Room No. 2114 and 2115 1. Hair Dryer: There was no hair dryer in the room, even though it was promised to be in place before my arrival. I had to request it multiple times before it was provided. 2. Slippers: Only one pair of slippers was provided in the room. Upon requesting another pair, it was sent, but this basic amenity should have been stocked in the room without needing reminders. 3. Flooring: The wooden flooring in the room was broken and unstable. It shook noticeably while walking, which is not something you’d expect in a luxury hotel. 4. Bed Condition: The bed corner was broken, and it resembled the quality of a two-star property. Honestly, even OYO rooms provide better upkeep in comparison. 5. Minibar: The minibar was empty. When I asked the staff about this, they said minibars are only stocked in suites. However, during the booking process, it was stated that a minibar is available. This inconsistency reflects poorly on the hotel’s management. 6. Alarm Clock: For a room costing ₹17,000 per night, I would expect at least an alarm clock to be provided. 7. Weighing Machine: The weighing machine in the room was faulty. It incorrectly displayed my weight as 7 kg instead of 70 kg! Providing non-functional equipment just adds to the frustration. 8. Dental Kit: Only one dental kit was provided, and additional kits were available only on request. If you’re traveling with a partner, you might want to bring your own dental supplies. 9. Bathrobes: Bathrobes were listed as part of the room description during booking, but they were missing from the bathroom, just like the second dental kit. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and room amenities at Indore Marriott. For the price being charged, the experience felt more like a budget hotel rather than a luxury property. It’s disheartening to see such poor attention to detail and service from a brand of this caliber. I hope they improve their standards to meet the expectations of their guests. One of the WORST EXPERIENCES ever had in life. Hotel Marriott indore has ruined my entire night. First i reached hotel late at 1 am after a super hectic day and to make it worsening ,the marriott staff helped me a-lot, had to ask for my extra bed for 4 times and believe me when i say this even after the fourth time and almost 2 hours of waiting They gave me a hard rock extra bed and said all the rooms are occupied so the comfortable fluffy mattresses are all in use in the other rooms. This incident of such great hospitality is being done at 4 am in the morning approximately 3 hours from my first extra bed call. Believe me if you are an extra or the third person in your room either book another room or choose any other property but not this please. Thank you😭 Special thanks to MARRIOTT INDORE (5* property 😂) for the great ruined night and such pathetic hospitality.
