Indore Marriott Hotel

Checked in just at the lobby and we were charged but it’s mosquitoes friendly hotel. Much disappointment having mosquitoes around us if we may get sick please contact hotel administrator as guilty. We pay high charge for better ambiance and stay. This is too much and not at all entertain-able. Sorry but this is truth and as mosquito is fast I didn’t get any selfie with them but yes this is genuine review for people to know. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Incredible staff members and amazing rooms! They catered to all of the services excellently especially Ms. Sonlai Pandey. Excellent service rendered by her. From the time we entered the hotel to the time we left. She catered to all of our needs with such hospitality and politeness. Extremely happy with the service. Visited One Asia. It was Saturday night, soothing live music, relaxing ambience, delectable food which they customised as per our VEGAN requirements as well. The only thing they need to work on is their service, probably they were low on staff on that particular evening . Else an absolute 5 star experience. I have been staying in this location when the hotel was Fortune property. I have seen lots of developments and modifications to this property, but I am of the opinion that the involvement at the planning level seems to have gone wrong. Disparity in room sizes, creates a little confusion amongst people from the same groups. Some senior member may feel overtaken by the junior level youngsters. The strong point in this hotel is the food part. The Chefs have taken extra pains in planning and preparation for the menu of the day. The service is reasonably satisfactory. I still feel that the hotel is under-staffed. More next time.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Had an excellent 3 week stay here in November 2020 during the covid19 pandemic. Staff were always wearing masks, gloves and ensuring my safety. The food was excellent with a large variety of dishes, Indian, western and Pan Asian dishes! All food freshly cooked and never had any problems over 3 weeks so service is tip top. The rooms are lovely, clean and the WiFi is very good, good enough to work in the room. The gym is well equipped, has a nice swimming pool and 3 different restaurants available without leaving the grounds! My only complaint is the sound of the multiple weddings that happened during my stay, the music was very loud etc. But I think this isn't unusual for the time of year

Had a wonderful Sunday brunch with friends and family. The wide array at the buffet was scrumptious, the staff were ever so polite. The kids enjoyed finger painting and the bouncy house, while we dug into the decadent desserts. The coffee shop provides the most amazing, melt in your mouth chocolate cookies. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience and look forward to more in the near future.

Perfect place for Dinner with colleagues. We have opted for seating in 54 praangan the lights were making the place look more beautiful, we had a good time with dinner games and activities. Mocktail - Bubble berry and Mojito was good Food - Naan were really soft and served hot Paneer masala, Dal Makhani and mix veg was good. Over all a good experience if you want to spend a Lil more and enjoy with friends and colleagues this is a better place in Indore. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Nice food. Bonvoy did not credit my 5 night , I had booked two rooms one for 2 night and other for 3 nights. The 3 nights one was not credited to my Bonvoy but instead a new account created in name of my minor son and credited there and without informing me.
