Stayed here for my 20th wedding anniversary. From food to service..everything was just superb. Location is awe..bang on main road.. near to 56 dukan n malls. Breakfast has very vast options..not to miss local food section. Staff is very courteous. Highly recommend. I have attended two functions recently at their banquet in last 2 months...both the times i have observed the lack of management during the floating starter serving...in 45 mins the waiters could not even come to our table twice... This shows they have a less experienced staff.. Service: 1

Had a fantastic time I visited this property for the third time, and it was great as usual. All the facilities and amenities were top-notch. The stay was very comfortable, with a lavish breakfast spread. a delectable cakes arranged by riya was super special and Special thanks to mr wasim from the room dining for being so responsive and resolving the issue. Marriott Indore rooms are very small + they turn off AC after 3.30am we stayed there for 3 days and 2 days AC not working after 3.30am... we were sweating in the room..more preference is given to NRI Clients. Buffet food was normal in taste. Nothing like five star. In Al Carte quantity was very less. But yes appreciation to chef Ms Arora for live Egg Omlette preparation taste was excellent and also appreciation to Mukesh Bharadwaj and Sonu for chicken biryani live preparation they made it as per our requirement.. Jeevan From cafeteria is a very lazy guy and ignores Indian clients a lot. Our money was not valued here felt ignorance feeling by the staff .. they felt we are not from rich class so they were ignoring a lot.. Like AC shutdown at night, less quantity served etc etc.. management should look after such treatment given to customers.All waste of money.. Oyo rooms and Marriott indore are same quality nothing live five star in rooms and in food taste...mit be we were given such room.. disgusting experience. Good reviews given by business class and we were not on business tour..only such class is given good treatment others are really ignored. Have been staying in the hotel for 5 nights. Service was OK, room too, but fridge was hardly cooling, almost same temperature as in the room.. One very unpleasant incident happened to me and spoilt the overall stay and reputation of the hotel.. Good it happened on my last Nighy stay.. I was back to the room from work and decided to finish my work before going for dinner. And suddenly a guest (a man) opening the inter door absolutely freely and walks in my room saying sorry.. It turned out the staff forgot to lock the inter door from both sides.. I guess that the same guest walked in even earlier. Thanks God I always lock my personal valuables but the safety and privacy for which we pay a high rate is totally shaken.. I have no more trust in this hotel coz they don't bother to lock the doors between conjoined rooms and it can lead to great problem and even crime.. I didn't even hear a proper explanation from manager only tech staff.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL . Hotel is located approximately 1 km from Vijay Nagar square. The ambience of the hotel is very good. We visited the One Asia which os the multi cuisine restaurant, basically indo asian food. Hygiene maintained for the food. Services are good not the best i would say. Overall is a nice experience.

Took hours to get housekeeping to the room. No direct contact for housekeeping. In-Room Dining day 1 was told that Grilled Cheese Sandwich can be made available only after 11am. RIDICULOUS !! Staff not friendly as one walks around the hotel. Security guards outside extremely polite and friendly. Lounge Staff & Reception very friendly and pleasant. Location is close to the Super Corridor Road. Food at One Asia where we dined had a decent ambience and the food was quite good. Would rate the food as 4/5 - the Kung Pao Chicken was sub par but pork ribs were really great along with Cumin Lamb and Sichuan Noodles. The down side is the service - attention and speed. Took 15 mins for them to seat us at a table which was empty from when we entered and 15 mins after that for someone to take an order. It took an additional 20 mins for them to serve our drinks.
