The food had a good variety which suited every one palette. Infrastructure is good but some staff lacks basic courtesy needed in hospitality industry. Plus the hotel decides if I can take my own stuff to the room. A very good 5 star hotel in Indore. I liked the rooms and especially the food served at the restaurant. The room and bathroom design are very complimentary to each other. You can take a shower while watching your favorite channel on the TV. Overall hygiene and room sanitization is good. The menu had assortment of all types of food. The room service was a bit slow. The location is very nice. Just step out of the hotel and you land up on a food street with local street foodwallas lining up the road. The reception staff is good.They promptly delivered a bill that I forgot to pick up.

Hotel was neat and clean, staff was helpful. We were there for Ashara and hotel was full because of the event. Felt hotel management tried to take advantage of situation. We had to call room service several times and remind them for fresh towels and drinking water. Shower door has to fixed twice, it won't open. Room had smoking smell, we complained several times but nothing happened. Others also complained about damp smell in the room. Power would go off more often but it would be back in few min. Each time power was back, TV would come on and it would be annoying at middle of night when you have to look for remote and turn off TV. Overall expensive and pricy.

A very clean and modern Marriott property in Indore. My wife and I visited for a short, overnight stay and enjoyed it. The manager met with us during check-in and the staff was attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the spa services at the hotel, will definitely stay again when in the area! Perfect place for staycation with world class amenities. Starting from the chauffeurs to a expansive breakfast selection. Rooms are spacious and well designed.
