Beautiful rooms, nice workout room, wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. They got us set up in our room so we could watch the superbowl. Hotel restaurant and buffet was wonderful. Worst hotel worst services extremely disappointed with Marriott. Day of checkin luggage was sent in room after 3 hours. Opened others room to look for luggage without there permission. Dinner was ordered at 10.45 which was not in room till 1.00 am.. Bath Towels took 25-30 mins to be delivered in room. Check out luggage took 2 hours to be collected and sent to reception. There was no apology from any of the staff.. It was an nightmare at the hotel.

We went there for mahakal darshan in our anniversary… the way they made our eve special by decorating our room, providing a complimentary cake and a candle light dinner touched our hearts…. The room were sparkling clean and hygiene…. Buffet was having a wide variety of items with delicious food ….thanks Marriott Indore for the best stay

Great property for your family stay and even wedding functions to happen...hospitality is at par with people available to help you at each stage from check in to check out. Swimming pool with a bar adds on to the beauty of the place. Reception area has a huge seating place..they do provide buffet and alacarte system at their restaurant and food is of great quality.

I am a regular with Marriott group since I hold a club status and therefore am aware of the expected quality of their properties and service standards. However, one gets to experience outliers once-in-a-while that takes you by surprise. Indore Marriott is definitely one of those rare properties. Excellent hotel with very well appointed rooms, multiple restaurants, food options and remarkable service. Though the stay was only for 01 night, it was enough to guage how well groomed the staff was. I am gluten intolerant and therefore have food limitations. Chef Nitin immediately understood my requirement and customized the 02 meals without compromising on taste or quality. Nishtha from the F&B was also someone who stood out and was very particular to make sure that I got immaculate service in the middle of a busy Sunday lunch buffet. She remembered my choices from the earlier day which I thought was very nice. Usually solo travellers are left wanting for attention. 1. Coffee shop and food is good for meetings specially REALTY meetings 2. They will make you wait 30 minutes for car then again they will ask for car tag - then more 30 mins to get the car. Its better to stop all customers on Sunday or on a wedding day . If people get angry then they will feel bad. Pathetic hotel and Pathetic service, can’t believe it is part of Marriott group.Hotel rooms are not clean and maintained properly, even the washbasin is clogged. We requested to change the room they first gave to us, as foul smell was coming from the room and bathroom was not clean, bathroom’s door was jam and not closing properly, After 1 hr of wait they changed the room and it was bit better but the washbasin was clogged. Staffs were reluctant to accept any request. Really Disappointing and frustrating experience with Marriott Indore.Won’t Visit this hotel again Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
