Outstanding hotel with top professionals. Very neat and clean Restaurant with a variety of food during Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would like to mention few names here who are really a great asset to Marriott and deserve special applauds and promotion. Chef Neeraj, Jeevan, Muskan, Jyoti and house keeping staff are brilliant and true professionals who are very competent an skilful. Rooms are spacious but there should have more pillows options and the available ones were uncomfortabel. Would love to come again and again.. My recent stay at Marriott Indore was truly impressive. The hotel's sophisticated ambiance set the stage for a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff displaying genuine warmth. My room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped for both work and relaxation. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities highlighted Marriott's commitment to comfort and functionality. Housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. As a business traveler, I appreciated the thoughtfully designed workspace with a comfortable chair, ample desk space, and reliable high-speed internet. The dining options were equally commendable. The diverse breakfast spread catered to various dietary preferences, and the on-site restaurants offered delicious and well-presented dishes. Indore Kitchen, One Asia and Diamonte Lounge. All are exceptional. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, from helpful concierge services to prompt room service. For business needs, the conference facilities were impressive. Marriott Indore exceeded my expectations with its elegant accommodations, thoughtful amenities, delicious dining options, and exceptional service. It's a top choice for a comfortable and productive stay in Indore, and I look forward to returning. Good for individuals, not friendly for events. I was there for an event and the support and services were very very poor, no cleaning no water and tea/coffee, electricity issues, and a tons of issues they have, for everything they put a restrictions on the name of hotel policy. I had high expectations from the Indore Marriott given its reputation as a premium brand, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Traveling for 2-3 days with my wife & 04 year kid but will check out tomorrow.. I recently became Silver Elite Member and so i was little more exited for my stay (but to my surprise, no mobile keys available & no attention given to our presonal preferences filled in bonvoy app (The person at the front desk is having no clue for that) then what's the point of taking preference details well in advance ? Here are the key issues i faced during my stay.. 1. Had to wait almost 20+ mins for Plain Dosa for my kid at the restaurant & later it's the same story for Coffee (despite taking repeated follow ups with multiple staffs available at restaurant) 2. We waited for almost 30+ mins in souring heat around 12.30 in the noon nearby swimming pool for the costumes, and when we called for attended at reception & from the number given in Bonvoy app they keep tellin someone will reach in 5 mins.. but the person came after 30+ mins 3. We requested higher floor & room upgradation (but nothing executed stating hotel is full - which doesn't seems so untill now) 4. We bought swimming costume for my kid, they keep on insisted to pay immediately via QR code, despite i requesting them to add in my room bill 5. Asked for a hard pillow (received after 25 to 30 mins) 6. Well in advance updated via Bonvoy app about extra towels in the room (but they kept only 2, we are already 03 people traveling) 7. My car was unlocked for almost one hour (I was receiving multiple door opened alarm in my car's app) when i approached them, they said they will immediately look into that.. but at last i had to lock my car via remote request from the mobile app. I have been travelling across India & out of India, stayed at multiple marriott & other group of hotel, but i can surely confirm that MARRIOTT INDORE is not worth visiting in terms of service. I had an amazing stay at Marriott Indore, and the club access made it even better! The lounge is quiet comfortable . The breakfast spread was delightful, with a wide variety of choices that catered to all tastes. Evening cocktails and canapés were the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance is elegant and peaceful.Highly recommend upgrading to club access! A beautiful analogy comes to mind — when cooking rice in a handi, you only need to check one grain to ensure all are cooked. Here, we encountered more than one such ‘grain’ — each reinforcing the exceptional culture of care and hospitality at Marriott Indore. From the very beginning, Pratiksha at the reception welcomed us warmly, personally walking us to our room and surprising us with a delightful welcome platter. Shambhavi also ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. The thoughtfulness of Riya from housekeeping touched our hearts — she lovingly created an asana and decoration for Ladoo Gopal Ji, bringing tears to our eyes with her devotion. Chef Krishnendu added to this joy by preparing a special dish for Ladoo Gopal Ji, making the moment even more meaningful. The hospitality continued at every step — Sakshi, the hostess, provided exceptional and caring service, making us feel truly valued. A special mention to Chef Tapas, who went above and beyond when My wife was unwell. He prepared a comforting bowl of moong dal just for her and, in an incredible gesture of kindness, refused to bill us for it. Marriott Indore doesn’t just offer a luxurious stay — it provides an experience filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. The most amazing fine dining restaurant in Indore. Plush interiors, amazing cocktails, decently good food which looks excellent, personal attention, indoor and outdoor seating, calm environment, premium cutlery are few words to define One Asia which is in the best hotel of Indore. Initially when the restaurant just opened staff did goofups in service and billing but now it all seems sorted. They also serve you sushi on special orders. Hopefully they will include it in menu soon. Chef Hemant is very cooperative. Overall a must go place if you love good food in an excellent setting.

Went for Lunch buffet with colleagues. Ambience was one of the best thing we liked, food quality and varieties in dishes, live counters were another thing to praise. Only lack I personally felt was in service (staff). Service was very slow and staff was not at all responsive.
