You get unlimited food when you eat there, and even the quality of food is also superb. You get 2 sabjis, dal, curry, roti, salad, rice and one dessert (mostly halwa). Most famous restaurant in Indore. So visited for lunch. Surprised to see unlimited thaali at Rs60. Dal, sabzi, roti, poori, kheer, suji, salad. New menu everyday. Best part - Take that you can eat. If you waste, you have to pay penalty of Rs. 50. Must visit once. Waiting time of 5-15mins to enter. All class of customers can be seen. Must see to believe this. मैं बहुत दिनों से इधर खाना खा रहा था Service थोड़ा slow थी.. लगा कोई बात नहीं Manage कर लेता हूँ। मगर जो आज हुआ वो compromise कर पाना impossible है खाना खाते समय एक customer ने रोटी return की क्योंकि उसे घी लगी रोटी नहीं चाहिए थी इसी दौरान हड़बड़ी में वो रोटी जमीन में गिर गई (पता नहीं कितने ही लोगों के गंदे पैरों का कचरा फर्श पर रहा होगा) रोटी serve करने वाले स्टाफ ने वो रोटी अलग से रख ली और ऐसे pretend किया जैसे उस रोटी को अलग किया जायेगा मैं लगातार उसे observe कर रहा था लेकिन कुछ ही दूर जाते ही.. उसने उस रोटी को बाकी रोटियों में मिलाकर दूसरे खाने वाले को serve कर दी Sach a pathetic experience😢 किसी के साथ इससे बुरा क्या ही हो सकता है। मैंने जाकर serve करने वाले लड़के को प्यार से समझाया कि बेटा ये बिल्कुल गलत बात है.. पैसे देकर खा रहा है हर कोई अब फ्री में तो खिला नहीं रहे.. तो थोड़ा hygien पर ध्यान दो मेरे देखते-देखते वो मुकर गया कहने लगा, वो रोटी तो मैंने अलग कर दी मैंने पूंछा - किधर है वो अलग की हुई रोटी. तो आगे जाकर रोटियाँ serve करने लगा थोड़ी देर बाद और भी staff एकत्रित हो गया सब के सब सफाइयाँ देने लगे.. आगे जाकर उस लड़के ने पकड़े जाने के डर से.. दूसरी रोटी अलग से फंसा ली और आकर सफाइयाँ देने लगा। सभी स्टाफ के लोग बोलने लगे कि वो रोटी तो अलग कर रखा है, आप ख़ुद ही देख लो मैंने अलग करवाई तो वो एकदम सादी रोटी निकली ( जो कि अलग से बचने के लिये फंसाई गई थी) जबकि गिरने वाली रोटी पर तो घी(बटर) लगा हुआ था। बहुत गंदा experience रहा.. poor hygiene, pathetic सबकुछ compromise किया जा सकता था मगर ये.. बहुत घटिया लगा। कर्णावत के owner/manager से अनुरोध है इस पर रोक लगाया जाए, staff को शख़्त निर्देश दिये जायें और आपको अगर पैरों पर, कचरे पर गिरी रोटियां खाने में कोई दिक्कत नहीं है तो शौक से जा सकते हैं.. कभी न कभी मिल ही जायेगी👍 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
