Was flying to Mumbai last weekend and forgot my type C charger at home ...... But still no worries I just called at ghartak and the delivery boy delivered my charger within 30 minutes and saved me from some extra costtt😍 …

I had a great joy with their service. Thank uh. We loved the cake. Just little delay in delivering but that's not an issue during this lockdown. Positive Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very prompt and courteous. Called thrice before coming and even though accidentally left one item, they came back and delivered it same evening. Very satisfied with their service Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

One of the most essential apps for everbody. They got me medicines on time.. in these times when we ourselves are affraid to get out.. these guys are serving us.. I just made a call and my package was picked. Great great service Heartly good luck and best wishes for them. Thanks Ghar Tak.

I had to get something courierd from my home in Indore to my workplace in Pune. My mother doesn't know how to drive so it was a challenge for her to go to post office herself. Thanks to Ghar Tak services. They took the parcel from my home and posted at GPO office in no time. I opted for their services twice and both the times the service was seamless with minimal service charge. I really appreciate the one of kind hassle-free service they provide for the Indore users. I hope they expand soon across other cities and states.

Superb timing! Very prompt services. Place an order after 11 at night and received my stuff around 10 in the morning. Wide variety. Well trained personnel. Great experience. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I called customer care 4 day ago for not delivered popular sandwich white bread, they told me we will deliver shortly but didn't delivered yet. I ordered Pizza & pasta sauce but when I check date of expiry it's about remaining only 1 month. You can see in this picture. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Thank you so much for the prompt and flawlessly executed home delivery service. Right from the carton which appeared hygienically clean, the stuff was fresh and neatly packed. The frozen items also reached in a good condition and were brought in an ice box. Overall a very satisfying experience. Would surely shop more! Have a good day! Stay safe!
