Ghar tak

Frw ofthe things were not of good quality. Cocoa powder , baking powder were packed in cellophane without thr original box, how can i know what company it is the expiry and everything. Highly upset Negative Quality

I had ordered fruits through Ghar tak. Though the quality of fruits was good but handling was pathetic. The mangoes were all pressed with other fruits and were of no use. Negative Quality, Professionalism

What should i have to say ? 1. Rate is higher (normally everywhere potato🥔 rate is 28-30rs/kg but Ghar tak is provided me 35rs/kg, Poha rate is 40-42rs/kg but Ghar tak gave me 50rs/kg) 2. Have u seen green potato? Ghar tak provided me green potato which having poor quality & hath se dabaoo to dab jate hai. 3.Packed item whose MRP is on the packet is provided MRP rate but loose item like potato🥔 poha, grains etc etc provided higher rate. 4.Even D-mart, Ondoor, Big Basket, Paytm & many more small & big company providing discount on product but not Ghar tak. 5.If we discuss about delivery- Ghar tak taking 100rs delivery charge. Itna sab kamane ke baad bhi 3577/- ka bill bana uske baad b 100/- delivery charge. Waah.. Some people will say that they are bringing goods to the house in Lockdown, yet they do not appreciate it, but by bringing it home, we have been paying for the same thing and when money is taken of your mind or not till home, then the goods should be provided accordingly. Money does not grow on any tree and broke it when there is no salary in this Lockdown and spend money for such goods, then it hurts. May I be a common citizen.Is Lockdown me kisi ka fayeda mat uthao, koi taaj-mahel nahi banwa loge. Eventually, I hurt a lot why i order by Ghar tak. This time I catch an ear that I will not call Ghar tak from next time. I thought that this time the local company should be given a chance but fact is above all here. This time was my bundle mistake. Services are Very Prompt & Professional...The Only issue I have is with The Vehicle they Use for Delivery...Must Have Atleast One Activa or NOn Gear..So that The Cakes can Be Kept in Front at Leg Area & It will Be delivered Safely without Damage...As I hve faced Twice this problems...That My Cake which was delivered got bit damaged... Otherwise Services are Very Good... Positive Responsiveness
