Very Disappointing & Unacceptable Experience! I purchased dry fruits worth ₹14,269 from this shop, expecting good quality products. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. The quality of the products was far below expectations. I found worms/insects in the anjeer (figs), which is absolutely unacceptable for any food product. On top of that, I also found small insects/“lili” in the kishmish (raisins). Finding insects in multiple dry-fruit items raises serious concerns about the quality, storage and hygiene standards being maintained by the shop. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from the shopkeeper. Despite trying to contact them over the phone regarding this issue, there has been no proper response or responsibility taken. When calling, the response is basically “Bhaiya nahi hain”, with no meaningful assistance or resolution. This kind of customer service after spending ₹14,269 is extremely disappointing. If a customer spends such a significant amount on food products, they have every right to expect fresh, hygienic and good-quality products, along with proper support if there is a genuine complaint. I strongly recommend that customers check the dry fruits very carefully before purchasing, especially the anjeer and kishmish, and not assume that the products are safe simply because they are being sold by a shop. Poor product quality + insects in food + no proper response from the shop = a very disappointing experience. I hope the shop takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue instead of ignoring the customer.
