Waited 45 minutes then I asked for to provide on priority, they changed the taste of thupka it was not the same as before and the chicken ramen, they added too much salt. Poor management, if can’t deal with crowd don’t make it then. It’s been 2 months, i went 2,3 times but they are on the same stage and not improving the delay time services, i always wasted my time and seeing ended my week off for just 2 two items for 1 hour. Please avoid going to this place as it is highly overhyped. They take forever to serve food, even for dine-in customers. The place is very suffocating with no ventilation and poor hygiene. Customer service is a big 0. I ordered chicken kimchi ramen, but it was unavailable, so I had to order chicken ramen instead, along with chicken popcorn and chicken tandoori momos. And Oh My God, I have never tasted any food worse than theirs. The chicken ramen was way too spicy with stale chicken pieces, the chicken tandoori momos were undercooked, and the chicken popcorn was like chicken pakora, literally. This place is expensive compared to the quality and quantity of its food. Not recommended at all! They won't worn you of you order something that they are completely incapable of serving ( which is almost everything except the momos) and then make you wait for an hour for something you might not have wanted in the first place. A very tiny place with great food however the wait time is more than a hr even on a weekday I went in on a Wednesday and still ended up waiting for more than an hr. The food tastes more like Indian bhuna gravy served as ‘thukpa soup,’ and the ‘jhol’ is basically just gravy with momos dipped in it. It’s not authentic at all. I didn’t like it, but you can go for the dry items—they are okay. There’s no original taste, just hype. If you know the real taste of thukpa or Chinese cuisine, there are definitely better options available in Indore. It’s more of a chill-out adda than a place for authentic food. I went this place after seeing the Google reviews but the experience wasn't as expected. First of all there is huge waiting time(40 min) to get your order. Momos were also normal, taste was just like a roadside stall. But I got surprised when got a fried momo in place of tandoor momo(my order) and when reached out to staff they told me that fried momo is our tandoor one. Really..??
