What a terrible experience ! I went with my sister in law and elderly mother after seeing a lot of reels and listening about the overhyped menu. The girl on the counter took money, gave receipt and totally forgot to place our order. We waited for 1 hour. I kept asking her how much longer and everytime she said 10 minutes. The owner came , they were speaking in their language and after sitting for 1 hour there like fools they tell us she forgot to place our order. And then asked us to wait. No sign of remorse, no apology, just plain ignorance. I said multiple times to the girl have you even confirmed our order , did they even start preparing? But everytime she said it’s getting prepared. Sheer lies. Mismanagement , zero accountability ! When I got angry saying cancel my order, they were like it’s done just 5 minutes. I would never recommend anyone to go with their families. It’s not worth your time and money. Pathetic experience.

Total waste of time and money I ordered jhol momos and thukpa both things were worst and I had to wait for minimum 45 minutes for my order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Definately not a place for families. Too much delayed service. They do cook good a few things but, their arrogance to not accept their flaws is really poor. Their is no difference in a soup and a gravy as per them. You order thupka soup and you get noodles dipped in a thick gravy. The taste is good and authentic. Tried Thukpa, Chinese Bhel, Veg steam Momos, Chicken Jhol Momos. But, the waiting time sometimes goes more than an hour. People gets frustrated and leave. Do not order Ramen, it is just an Noodles in oil. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Don’t go if you are vegetarian coz non veg smell will make you very uncomfortable and taste is ok not very special waiting time is too long and sitting space is very minimum. Parcel wale order ko late dete hai. Koi coordination hi nai hai billing wale or order complete karne walo mein. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Wait time 1+ hour

I would not rather rate the service at all all I saw was people taking refunds I mean if people want cash against their online payments they can always use ATM machine. They don't even bother if you are waiting for 1.4 hrs or more, and after all that time all you get is oil and spice. You get better chinese at any thela or any decent stall .
