I genuinely expected better service. The food was consistently delayed, and even after clear instructions, we kept receiving items we never ordered. This kind of mismanagement is disappointing, especially when we came with certain expectations. The staff seemed inattentive, and it honestly affected our overall experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the service quality moving forward.
