Bapu Ki Kutia (since 1964)

Hi guys, Visited the place recently, bapu ki kutiya have third outlet which is situtated infront of decathalon on AB road onam plaza. We went in we were there around normal dinner time, Which is perfect time to visit the restaurant but it looks like they werent prepared for dine in, no one came to take order for first fifteen to twenty min, when the waiter came to some of the starters werent available which was very strange. In starters we ordered, veg lolipop , noodles and veg kothe, lolipop was over cooked and was crispy from outside but was raw and uncooked from the inside, kothe and noodles were tasteless. In main course we ordered, chole masala, paneer chatpata, tandori roti, tawa roti and garlic naan and stuff naan, chole masala was good, roti and nan were good, paneer masala was okay above average in taste wasnt actually like any paneer chatpata i ever had it felt like paneer masala. Overall the service was very slow from taking orders to bringing it, rates are okay . price to quantity ratio is good but overall the service, taste and hospitality needs a lot of work, one of the worst branches of bapu ki kutiya. Not recommended. Location was good. But the service person was not good. He has comments unusual for the non available raoti. Taste was okay okay as their no salt in sabji and raoti. Sab kuch thik tha restaurant me bas service team me jo ek staff hai jo tai /tie👔lga kar rakhta hai cap use nhi karta toda jyada attitude me rehta hai me bhi ek restaurant. Manager hun or sb thik tha.bas wo staff ka atitude samaj nhi aaya. Or usne on duty muh me kuch tambaku paan masala kuch khaa rakha tha. This place is a gem in Indore. I visited here with my friends and received a very warm welcome from the staff. The food was very delicious especially their cheese chilly garlic naan. The portion size was very good and worth the price. The prices are also average. The owner is a real gentleman and helped us decide a few things on menu which turned on to be excellent. The ambience is also good. Hello guys aftrr bring to baou ki kutiya for 4 to 5 times, o was very eager to visit bapu ki kutiya in Indore and so i did. now taking about the food , i ordered butter paneer masala, garlic naan and masala papad. well sabji was ok, nan was exactly how i like it. papad was normal in taste and quality. Overall service is slow and really need work on it. taste is ok, Bhopal branch has better taste, price to quantity ratio is good and perfect in some cases. overall it was a one time visit place for me.
